About us
Joy Tabernacle of Praise (J-TOP) Ministries Church of God In Christ was founded in 2007 by Frederick A. Williams. The first church location was in the home of Pastor Frederick A. Williams and First Lady Sandra G. Williams December 2007. This in home bible study quickly generated growth beyond the capacity of the home. On April 6, 2008 the Lord blessed the newly formed organization to lease a facility at our current location 4621 Murphy Road, Eastover, North Carolina. A new and permanent home is in our future as God navigates us through the ministries and the birth of our building fund projects.
J-TOP Ministries operates under the spirit of the five-fold ministries as listed in Ephesians 4:11. Now the Lord is that spirit: and where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. We believe in and support the functioning of the spiritual gifts described in I Corinthians 12:1-11.
Our Mission
It is our Mission to reach out to all people and share the love, hope, and restoration of God, by ministering to the needs of the total person through the spirit to be successful in life, family and the church.

The Joy Tabernacle of Praise Church filled with joy and gladness will be a loving and caring church that wins souls for Christ and helps to transform lives for service giving each individual the opportunity to use their God-given gifts and talents in answering the call upon their lives in working out their own soul salvation.
